**EXPANDED TO NOW SERVICING GIPPSLAND & SURROUNDING AREAS**
Don’t risk the success of your catered spit roast function in Melbourne & Gippsland to chance. All of our succulent spit roasted meats are prepared before your function using our unique sous vide cooking methods. We get it right every time as a result.
We final roast over flames at our kitchen, or at your function with specialist high temperature gas spit roast ovens. Either way, this means piping hot, tender, juicy, and perfectly-cooked roasted meats each time and every time. You will not find better spit roasted meats anywhere. This is our promise to you. We have our own licensed boning/trimming rooms where we treat your specially chosen roasted meats with the utmost of care.
This process includes, trimming, marinating, slow cooking in a humidity controlled environment, and final spit roasting over flames. We don’t rely on random butchers to supply us with their produce. That would mean we don’t have control of the quality of our beef, lamb, pork or poultry. We prefer to do it all ourselves with quality controlled methods in our specialist kitchen facilities in Dandenong, Victoria.
No one we know or have heard about can match the tenderness of our meats. Seriously. Are we bragging? Yes.We can.
